Michael D’Antoni is a business development associate at Pacific Carbon Trust, part of the team responsible for offset project development and growing the low carbon economy in BC.
Michael joins Pacific Carbon Trust from the British Columbia Ministry of Energy Mines and Petroleum Resources as a senior advisor. Michael has worked on a number of diverse portfolios, ranging from oil and gas to energy efficiency and geothermal energy , focusing on quantitative financial analysis.
Michael is a trained presenter on climate change issues for the Climate Project Canada. He grew up in Calgary, Alberta, completing an undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary and working for Alberta Finance before moving to Victoria to complete an MBA at the University of Victoria.
In his spare time, Michael mountain bikes, snowboards and is still trying to learn to surf.
