Ben Partridge is as a business development intern at Pacific Carbon Trust.

A mechanical engineering student at the University of Victoria, Ben is working with PCT on an eight-month co-op term to research new sectors for potential offset projects and to carry out analysis to determine greenhouse gas reduction volumes. His current focus is on waste-diversion technologies.

Ben’s previous co-op placement was with Environ, a Victoria-based environmental consulting firm. After completing his term with PCT, he will return to campus to finish the final two semesters of his Engineering degree program. 

In his free time, Ben can often be found at the pool. A five-year veteran of UVic’s varsity swim team, he also loves tackling the mountain bike trails around his native Vancouver.
