You can click on the at the top right of the questionnaire to go back to the website.  Please note that if you close this form prior to answering the final question and hitting the “Submit” button, your information will be lost.

If during any step in the process it is determined that your offset project does not meet our requirements, the program will provide an explanation as to why.

If your project does qualify and you have successfully completed the form, a representative from Pacific Carbon Trust will contact you soon to discuss next steps.
